Room was very small. The bed was powered to move back / fold to gain an extra half meter. The phone in the room was broken. There was nothing to read about hotel. i.e. Restaurant time open, gym, room services, check out. The 'rooftop' lounge is misleading. It is on the 4th floor. There are over 20 floors. Enjoyed our stay but needed to store bags on departure and assumed the 2 men near check in were customer service. They were bellmen and charged me$9 in tips in advance to store bags instead of letting me know i could do it for free in the automated system. Not a good experience on departure. Who charges tops in advance and allows their bellmen to stand at checkin to help themselves to tips.

Comfy bed, awesome ambience, amazing rooftop restaurant! The shower handle in my first room did fall off when I tried to turn it on, but the staff were kind and helpful enough to help me switch rooms right away!

The biggest issue is problem resolution- if you have an overcharge (like me) trying to get an answer from all these emails is nearly impossible. While there are folks on site, many matters are beyond their control. We left being owed a decent amount of money - we are still waiting crossing our fingers for a positive outcome.

Liked: Room was clean and cozy. Cons: Check in took over half hour b/c there was only one person at desk. Room was cold. Took over an hour to heat up (barely). No hot water.

Honestly, this room was so dirty and stained. It looked so nice in pictures but it’s so boring and small. No fridge in the room. No bath tubs. It’s basically everything in one room. Barely any room. They charge you more fees and say you’re gonna get it back but than don’t. Honestly, I been to better in the city. The rooftop wasn’t accessible because you needed a proof of vaccination.

Pros (+) The man of the front desk was nice and kind.
Cons (-) The room was so cold, the heater didnt working well. I tried to call to front desk, but the call is automatic answering system. It totally messed up, and after I connected to the lady who is agent she said someone will be come up, but nobody came up at all. I slept with putting all the padding jacket.

Cons (-) Comforter (if you can even call it that) was more like a bed sheet. Upon showering, the whole room becomes like a sauna; probably due to the fact the bed is pretty much in the same room as the shower.
