Good location. I booked for 2 days stay and have been charged for 3 days. Told front desk staff 3 times but no response. Highly unsatisfactory. Front desk staff has got no clue about the local transportation, tours, restaurants etc.

The location is great. Beautiful view from the room and bathroom. But the place needs a facelift and it’s dirty. Long dark hairs in the bath tub put me right off taking a bath and there was a suspicious brown stain on the wall next to the toilet. The Aircon is old and noisy

Pros (+) I spent a nice birthday weekend here with my wife in the Fallsview suite with the jetted tube. Walking in to the room I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the view of the falls were (identical to online photos). I ended up staying in my room majority of the time because the view was all I needed. It was breathtaking and relaxing from the sunrise view to the evening lights. Also, the jetted ...
Cons (-) Many of the close by foods are big chain places. I suggest going at least a mile away from the hotel for really good food, such as the Weinkeller.
