Spacious accommodation and the view was exceptional
Breakfast during covid was very limited
Comfy bed, amazing views (falls view room), staff were mostly friendly, particularly pool staff, cleaners and porters who we encountered.
No gown in the room, towels were quite small. It felt like we were always being upsold something, even on our TV in the room. We didn't expect to have to pay $50 for parking for one night. That was ridiculous.
The rooms are good, very large and comfortable
They charge for valet parking, but it’s not valet. They don’t bring your car, instead they have you take a shuttle off site and pick up the car your self. Which is the same as their cheaper parking option. The restaurant staff are rude and lack basic common sense. During breakfast our party went and waited in line for a table. I was stuck waiting for another elevator, by the time I made it down my group was seated. The hostess wouldn’t let me join my group and forced me to wait in the long like even after telling her that we already have a table and I’m just joining them. Then later one of our party went to the washroom and (it’s outside the restaurant door) and they wouldn’t let him back in without a fight and tried to make him wait again. They’re power hungry and lack any common sense when it comes to how a restaurant works.
View and comfort of room were great
Way way too crowded and loud in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner). Breakfast was minimal and the process was a cattle call, eggs tasted fake and it was so loud that we left the restaurant as soon as possible.
Close to the falls. Clean room. Breakfast included.
Bathrooms need updating. Water pressure too intense out of faucet and toilet didn’t flush so well but they did send someone up to fix it.
Offsite parking cost was a bit steep at $70CAD
Breakfast chaotic. Parking expensive. Entry blocked by valet parking. Water pressure uneven
Great Location with the possiblity of beautiful views. Good food
The hotel was huge. It should have more elvators for 42 floors. We often to the stairs to the 19th floor. The line to get into breakfast into breakfast was like going to diney world. Not relaxing.
Reservation canceled in April. Should not have been charged. Last time ever using this service
Canceled. Charge came through anyway. Extremely irritating
Prime location and views
The hotel is in an excellent location and has amazing views of the falls from the guest rooms.
Fantastic view of Horseshoe Falls
The suite was a excellent choice for us as it gave our party of four room to spread out. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but go down before 9 AM to avoid the crowd. The location is great as the entrance to the Falls' Visitor Center is right below the hotel. We are planning a trip back in the Fall and plan to stay here again. It is a little pricey, but I feel you are paying for the view plus location which is worth it.
Centrally located, clean, modern
We have a premium room with fantastic view of the falls. Room is big but the floor plan is lousy so the usage is somewhat awkward. The worst thing is that we have a huge bathroom but partitioned into several sections and the shower ended up to be like a small cubby hole.
