Pros: The thing that originally brought me to the Red Coach Inn was location. The property is right along the state park by the falls, so everything you'd want to see there is walking distance. I could walk to Rainbow bridge and then to the Canadian view of the Horseshoe Falls in, say, 30 minutes plus border shenanigans. The room was nice. They had left the classical music radio station on for when I arrived: I thought it was a really nice touch. The view I had was... of a parking lot. But that's fine, since I spent all day outside anyway! The restaurant had good food and good beer. The wait staff were nice and an entire row of seating had a solid view of the water. Overall, the Inn felt like it was locally owned and run. It had charms and a few quirks. I highly recommend it! n.b.: I visited in January, which I understand is the off season for Niagara Falls. It was wonderfully quiet and ghost-town like in some ways. Your mileage may vary.
Cons: The place appears to be locally run and feels like it - for better or for worse. I liked my stay so much, I extended it an extra day. Unfortunately, that didn't make it to all of the maintenance crew, who walked in (after knocking) a couple times. The room I had faced the parking lot behind the building - so absolutely no view to speak of from my window. There was an awkward amount of space in the room's living area. It felt like there use to be a small table, but it got removed? I would like to have seen a table to sit down at in the room.

Pros: The location was great, across the street from the upper rapids and the state park. The suite was nice, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (one of them en suite), a full kitchen, and a large living and dining room. Under disappointing circumstances I was wryly amused by the heart-shaped garbage basket.
Cons: I booked a suite as a special splurge for my family’s Niagara stay, after reading about the food and wine waiting in the room, looking at the photos, and reading the hotel’s description. When we arrived, tired after a long day of driving, I found a small bottle of Spumante, no food whatsoever, and not even the bottled water promised in the room description. I walked into the master bedroom and flipped the light switch—nothing happened. I walked to the nightstands, and found that only one of the two lights worked. The living room light switch similarly did nothing. The next morning I went to the front desk to report these issues. The staff apologized, but were unwilling to adjust our bill or otherwise compensate us for their failure to provide the supposed benefits of our expensive room. They asked if I wanted them to give us the food and water to go, which I politely declined, as we were about to walk around the falls for a long, hot day. When we checked out, however, they pressed a package of cheese and crackers into our hands, despite my having said no. We had no choice but to leave this in the car for the day, where it inevitably spent too much time hot for us to risk eating it, and went to waste, forcing us to dump it at our next night’s lodging. Both times I went to the front desk it was unstaffed and I had to wait for someone to notice me.

Pros: My husband and I enjoyed a very nice overnight stay at the beautiful Red Coach Inn. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The chilled champagne, cheese and crackers were a very nice surprise. The room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly but could of been a little more helpful with directing us to the area sightseeing attractions or the visitor information center just around the corner. The location was just perfect.

This location was a 10 to 15 min walk (our kids are 5 and 8) to the state park for falls viewing. we could even see part of the fireworks from our room

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at the Seneca Niagara Resort. I knew coming this was a Casino environment. I was surprised to find it was with out alot of the casino clichés. The hotel was very clean and comfortable there were numerous on location dining options, as well as 24 hour options for the inevitable late night snack. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the facilities and the local area. My room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The decor did not feel dated but instead kept with the theme of the resort it self. A great stay from start to finish.

Pros: The desk employees were amazing, friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 8th floor with a river view which was awesome. The pool and hot tub area was large and clean, but due to a very large number of children the first night, the area was very loud and we could not hear each other talk. The second night there were only a few people and it was very pleasant.
Cons: Our only issue was that there was no continental breakfast and nowhere close or convenient to get something quick or cheap. We ate breakfast in the restraint, however it was very expensive and mediocre in quality. The staff was very friendly though!

Pros: Location was great - we stayed there for a wedding at Seneca Niagara Casino and didn't want to stay at the Casino Hotel. The hotel is a very short walk to the Casino and if the weather had been better, we could have easily walked to all the wedding events. Breakfast was good - decent variety, typical breakfast foods including some healthy choices. First room we were assigned was right next to ice machine and since my husband is a very light sleeper, I asked if they could move us. They quickly found us another room and one of the front desk staff members actually waited for us right near elevator and front desk to hand us new keys. Great service!
Cons: Shower head pressure is pretty weak and the water doesn't get very hot. The business center area was nice, but when I went to print boarding passes in the afternoon, the PC was down; when I went in the evening the PC was working but printer was so low on ink the printout was basically unusable. Very minor complaint and since lots of other hotels don't even offer that service, certainly not something I would knock any stars off my rating for.

Cons: i would fire the entire front desk. They were rude and obnoxious most of the time. They gave us a lousy attitude when we called up to get our 3 rooms together. We had some power issues in the room and the service staff was very kind and considerate. They got the technician to come in and fix it.. The night shift front desk was condescending and rude and cast a very bad impression on my friends who were visiting from abroad. The horrible experience continued on the day of the check out and we were ordered to leave sharp by 11am. I finally got the manager involved who was kind and understanding.. He apologized for the inconvenience caused to us and accommodated our wishes. He admitted that for the staff at front desk, it was a work in progress...! Enough said!!

Cons: The walls were paper thin - we were able to hear our neighbor's TV through the wall, their baby crying in the wee hours of the morning, and another neighbor having sex. My fiance sneezed, and our neighbor said "bless you" (she's not a loud sneezer). Breakfast was disorganized and chaotic. Nothing was placed in a logical order, there were so few seats and tables that people were sitting at the public computers in the lobby. The food was mediocre (pancakes, eggs, sausages, pastries, coffee), and we were given styrofoam plates and cups, and plastic utensils.

Pros: The staff was very personable and pleasant. Great size room for 3 Adults. All in all our room was well kept up and kept clean. Great hot breakfasts. Quick check in and out. Very accommodating we needed a cot unexpectedly and it arrived by the time we did when bringing in our suitcases on arrival.

Pros: We had a skyline view (Canada's), which was great. We couldn't see the falls, but it was perfect for the fireworks. The Canadian skyline is all lit up as well.
Cons: Booked a king room, for 3 adults that the Wyndham Web site said max occupancy was 3. When we got there, the 3rd was expected to be a child, even though we specified it was 3 adults. Luckily my daughter sleeps on the floor a lot anyway. To the hotels credit, they did offer to put us in a queen double, we turned down. I'm not sure if they would have wanted to charge us the higher rate. The 4 previous nights we were in a Quality Inn in PA in a King room that was so much better. We were on the 5th floor, ice machines on 1st, 3rd and 7th. The only thing going for this hotel was the location.

Yet, Housekeepers smoking on their break in the garage outside the basement door. That explains why my pillow smelled like smoke when I put my head on it . Smokers don’t seem to realize they stink up EVERY THING they touch. Housekeepers who smoke should wear gloves! Even when not in a pandemic! I’ve never smoked so I can detect it anywhere!

Cons: 1) About an hour after we checked in, the smoke alarms for the hotel went off and we had to leave. After waiting around for over an hour, the alarms still going off, we went back to the room, got some stuff and went to dinner. When we came back, the alarms were still going off. The staff gave very inconsistent information about this situation - everything from staying out of the building to going back to our room within 5 min of one another and an hour after the alarms started. 2) On day two of our stay, the power went off, which shut off the air conditioner on an extremely warm weekend. The air conditioners are extremely old wall units, so they didn't work well to start. 3) Our bathroom was filthy. The sink and toilet were dirty. The shower's ceiling was moldy. The whole hotel room (not just the bathroom) stunk of mildew and was faintly damp. Oh. And they knew we had 4 people checking in and they gave us 3 towels. 3 doesn't even make sense. They gave us 1 hand towel and zero wash cloths. 4) The pillows were lumpy. I've never encountered lumpy pillows like that, so I really didn't know that this level of lumpiness was possible. 5) Both beds were lumpy, but more importantly, were so saggy in the middle that it was impossible for two people to sleep in a bed without spooning all night. This may have been slightly more acceptable if the air conditioner worked adequately. I've stayed in motels that cost about 25/night that were cleaner, offered better beds, and much cleaner bathrooms than this room that cost over 300/night. I've stayed in less expensive rooms in even more touristy areas that were also better. I've stayed overseas in much less expensive rooms that were better. Honestly, this was the biggest ripoff I've ever experienced, and I'm considering disputing the charges with my credit card company. Not only did the hotel offer the least value for the money, the hotel CHARGED their GUESTS for parking and didn't even offer free coffee. Such a bogus excuse for a hotel.

But thing that bugged me the most was when I asked consierge for help on how to plan our day, he did a hard hard sell on a greyhound bus tour. Wouldn’t help me with any other questions. Cons: When you walk into the lobby you are hit with a mildew smell. The staff was friendly at check in. We paid our $10 parking fee (?!?!) then headed to our room. The elevators are just scary! When we got to our room (a king suite) the odor changed to feet. There are two doors to the suite, but only one worked. The room itself was was ok. A little rough around the edges, but acceptable. The water pressure in the shower had a lot to be desired. To say I pee harder than the shower is no exaggeration! The free wifi was spotty at best. The TV's were not working when we arrived. After returning from a long day of touring the area, Time Warner had shown up to fix the cable. Only to go down again a few hours later. We wanted to have a late night dinner and had decided to try Tony Roma. It was convenient and by all accounts sounded good. It was just after 10:00 PM and their website, Yelp, Trip Advisor and all the listings online say they were open until 11:00 PM. We were ignored by the first two employees that walked by the host station. However the third person (a waitress I assume) asked us if we were being helped. She then proceeded to tell us they closed at 10:00 and since they are a franchise, there hours are different than what is listed EVERYWHERE else. Not to mention it seemed a bit early for a restaurant to close in a tourist town on a summer weekend. Overall my assessment is, I could've got a nicer suite (by far) at The Borgata in Atlantic City for what I paid here and had all the amenities. At least I can cross this off my bucket list.

Pros: The location was everything! It’s about a 10 minute walk from the falls which was perfect. When driving by car, it’s easily accessible and close to highway. The beds were really comfortable and the Anchor restaurant downstairs had pretty good food!
Cons: The bathroom is super small!! You just barely have enough room to sit on the toilet. Although the hotel has been through a renovation, the doors are old and they stick when it’s humid. Our door wouldn’t open and has to have maintenance come up for him to just say “you have to pull the door up as you turn the handle.” Another thing is the pool looked underwhelming and there’s no hot tub.

Pros: Room that was assigned to us was very close to the elevator, bedroom was nice and spacious, located at like a 5 min walk from the falls and also very close to the rainbow bridge (border to canada). Very close to surrounding restaurants as well. Last but not least the bar gets pretty packed at night downstairs so that is also a plus.
Cons: Bedroom's minifridge had a musky smell to it, most likely due to the fact the when it was left off the water inside made a sort of a puddle at the bottom which got that stale water smell. The bed was harder then what we are used to on these kind of hotels, although since we are healthy (no back issues or anything of the sort) we were able to sleep, but on some movements rolling you can kind of feel the bed springs. The last day of our visit the hot water didn't work and the cold water was just too cold to take a bath with. Breakfast was not included for our stay (which is ok), but when we went downstairs to get the breakfast the food was less then appetizing for lack of better words. Door knob also had some issues getting it opened with the keycard which having it re-scanned at the front got it to open my door. All in all these issues I personally am able to live with because I was able to work around all of it but for other people it might be a dealbreaker.

Cons: There were spiders and spider webs around the mirror and blockage in the air vents in the bathroom. The room or carpet cleaner smelled very bad and couldn't change the room because they didn't have any other rooms available. There are student dorms for the culinary institute across the street on 2 floors and so there are rare parking spaces infant of the hotel. There was no valet or concierge and had to take my luggage from the car to the room and was at the mercy of the availability of trolleys. Breakfast was not included, the only place to eat is a resturant that is separate to the hotel.

Which was clearly me. I personally don't mind that people pronounce my name incorrectly, but I've never heard anyone say something like that. That was just extremely rude of her. Then when I asked about the parking (as the lot is a bit too small to fit a decent amount of cars), she seemed annoyed that I had bothered her with that question. The room and location are great, but if everyone is as this lady was, I'd rather not book again.

Pros: This is a fine place to stay for a night or two. The very basic breakfast that is included is a quick way too get started. The location is great though: easy access to the highway and plenty of restaurants.
Cons: It's obvious the people are trying to improve the place, so maybe in a year or so it'll be a great little motel. For now though you can see the wear in the place under the fresh paint.
