Pros (+) This hotel was only a 15 min walk (even for a tired 4yr old) to the center/train station but felt more like a small tucked away hotel you might find on a hillside somewhere. The courtyard/pool is stunning, with a really nice space for eating outside as well. The wind in Nîmes meant it never got too hot, but also meant the water in the pool was very very cold. The train to the beach at Grau du Roi ...
Cons (-) We stayed in two different rooms. The first was more expensive but a bit more shabby. Its shower room really needed updating. The next room we had booked was much more cheerful and fresh, and the bathroom was fine.
