Pros: This hotel is lovely elegantly set out. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean.
Cons: The sink I the room I stayed in did not drain very well it took 30 minutes to do so. The stem wear had a huge smash on the side of it. I explained thsee issues to the front desk and was told 'oh dear' not given an apology for it.

Pros: Choice of breakfast was really good. Good variety.
Cons: We booked a double room. Arriving at the room was twin beds one higher than the other. The mattress was far to soft and the pillows really uncomfortable. We stayed overlooking the main road and was really noisy, assume thats why we had ear plugs in the toilet.

Cons: Being the first time I stopped there, I found the reception confusing as it stated it was a club reception, but I could not see another reception.

Cons: Anything above the ground floor. Rooms, outdated, worn out, and the bed was just in unacceptable conditions.

Cons: Horrendous price when we could have paid half on booking.com; small compact room, hardly any space to move about in the room. Very hard to find. We had to park in the shopping centre Victoria and then find our way to the hotel. Will definitely ask my friends to stay away from this hotel when £130 could buy so much more elsewhere in Nottingham.

Cons: Bed was horrible. Hardest bed I have ever slept in (there was actually no sleep due to how uncomfortable it was).

Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: It is amazing the difference in reviews, but apparently it depends on which room you get. We had a room on the top floor. There was absolutely no heat, and the skylight in the bathroom was partly open and unreachable to try to close. There were bits of french fries left in the sink and on the counter where the kettle was. Otherwise, it was basically clean. There was hot water but no control over the temperature in the shower, and the shower head had a major leak and could only be used as a hand held. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Cons: No TV, radiator didnt work given a noisy blow heater to use. Shower was a joke only hot water around lunchtime idealmwhen your working nights!! When it disnwork the water pressure was a joke just a trickle.
