Pros (+) The atmosphere is always excellent.
Cons (-) I booked a king room for $111, we were given a double for $133. I had selected my room and checked in on the Hilton app the day before, but was given a different room with a great view of the brick wall.

Pros (+) The hotel and the room were beautiful, even my 13 year old son was impressed! The staff at the front desk, valet, and bar were very friendly and helpful. Prices for amenities (valet, bar...) were very reasonable. our stay was very pleasant overall. Walking distance to bricktown.
Cons (-) The pool and the beds are a little small but are very nice. Parking choices are limited. It’s pay for valet (one fee per day no matter how many times you get your car) or parking garage (which charges you every time you leave). The room service people were terrible. We called and placed an order, after a 30 min we called the front desk and they transferred us to room service, there was no answer. ...

Cons (-) I booked a king room. When I checked in I was given a double room instead. I inquired and the staff blamed it on my booking via a 3rd party site. I was told that if I had booked directly with the hotel, that would not have happened. Pros (+) Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away!
Cons (-) The valet bill...... I wish I would have been told beforehand about the charge. The maid start knocking at 1030 for noon checkout.

Pros (+) Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it.
Cons (-) Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous.
Cons (-) The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.
