Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the convention center and airport. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including reports of cockroaches, bed bugs, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Service was often described as lacking, with complaints about unhelpful staff, missing amenities, and poor maintenance. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing run-down facilities and unmet expectations. While a few noted helpful staff and a once-nice atmosphere, the overall impression was negative due to persistent cleanliness and maintenance problems.
