Cons:Breakfast was blah at best. Kept saying the delivery truck didn’t arrive so they put out very little

Pros:Love the staff, they were so friendly and kind. And I loved the little breakfast nook that they had every morning. Nothing fancy, just basics but it was a nice way to grab something as we were headed out the door.
Cons:I had problems nearly every day. Right from walking in my room there were crumbs on the floor, a strange smell, and hairs all over my sink. Three times I had to put in tickets for my toilet not flushing. One more ticket because the burner on my stove wouldn't get hot. And another ticket because my fridge was not working properly and was dripping water all over my food inside and leaking onto the floor. The fridge ticket was not actually completed by the time I left, because the day before I left I woke up to a huge puddle on the floor and pools of water on my food and in the drawers at the bottom of the fridge. This was exceptionally frustrating because I had put the ticket in two days prior and because I had to throw away about 75$ worth of food.

Pros:A no-frills hotel priced right with friendly staff within walking distance (for most) to Universal Studios. Free parking, grab-and-go breakfast. Hard to beat if you're looking for a place to lay your head and not much more.

Cons:Kids upstairs were rowdy, but that's no fault of the hotel.

Pros:Was greeted with pleasant, cheery front desk staff. Was very eager to please every request. Customer service is clearly top priority!
