The bathroom was filthy and needed more towels.
Beautiful, clean, large facility. The lazy river is incredible. Multiple pools and areas assure that there is something for everyone. Javier, a server in the Bistro made the entire trip. He was so sweet and happy. He made everyone in the group feel so special and cared about. Javier was the brightest part of the whole trip!
Love bugs were a huge nuisance and a bummer. I recognize that there isn’t anything you can do about them, but they definitely disrupted all calm moments! The prices in the Market were quite steep.
The entire experience was positive. Very kind and dedicated staff. The Pool is great. Valet parking was fast and convinient.
Queues for breakfast were too long. the price of in-room food and food in the market place was way too high
It was a hard stay
The amenities were nice and the hotel clean. The few interactions we had with hotel staff was pleasant.
The beds were very hard. The walls thin. The $20 parking per day for a guest staying in the hotel is insane. The fast check out tells you to leave your keys in the room. However, you need these to get out of the deck, we had to check out a 4 am to make out flight so fast check out was needed. Well it was totally pointless when I had to go by the front desk anyway when I couldn't get out of the lot. I would expect much more plush beds in a hotel at this price. Then there were the walls, the rooms have a pass through door. I see the point in it. However, you can make out the conversations going on in the next room. Not to mention any noises in the hallway.
The staff was very courteous ! Amenities were nice, pool area was very fun for the kids. Poolside food was great !!! We came into Orlando very late on our way to Disney. After trying over 10 budget hotels in the area that were all fully booked we found the Hilton had a room for us. Saved our tired traveling family. Thank you Hilton Orlando.
Everything was great price a little expensive also checked in at 2 AM so didn't have enough time to enjoy the whole hotel was a last-minute trip to go see my daughter and I brought my seven-year-old daughter with me my 23-year-old daughter goes to you UCF so we couldn't stay with her hilton is great again a little pricey
Hilton is great again a little pricey
Close to convention center. Great pool for kids.
In room bottled water $5.00! Stop at the 7-11 down the street and stock up.
Do not buy Disney ticket from hotel!
Loved the lazy river! Great recreation options onsite (lazy river, pool, fire pits, tennis court, putt-putt, pool bar/restaurant). Good location and public transportation options.
Room was right across from fire station with sirens at all hours. Low water and toilet pressure. No balcony, kitchenette, or table and chairs. Food and room a bit pricey. Mini fridge difficult to find-hidden in dresser set.
Tv in bedroom did not work well, and room was tough to keep cool.
The hospitality suite was nicely accommodating.
Evidently, I had to forfeit the kingsize suite for a set of double beds to be adjacent to the hospitality suite. However. In the hotel's defense the upgrade was not made until arrival, and it was a Sat.
Convenience of location to meetings and comfortableness of rooms. Enjoyed the swimming area, very nice.
I think you need a Restaurant that is more affordable that the ones located at the Hotel. One that offers Lunch Buffet and Dinner. The Marketplace was ok for breakfast.
They charge and booking.com too
Actually there staff were so friendly. The hotel has every thing you would look for include different types of entertainment. The only bad thing at this hotel is that you have to pay for everything include the business center.
Fantastic hotel. Swimming pools and jacuzzis and water slides are excellent.
Room service is very expensive.
This was the most amazing family friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. It is also a great place for business and travel. The perfect place for everyone. Staff was amazing. Pool view is spectacular. We are still shocked at how wonderful of a place this was for such a great price!
Hilton Orlando was indeed a fantastic choice, very cozy place to stay in, the front desk were extremely helpful and patient along with the concierge staff too.
The only drawback was the location of the hotel which was far away from Walt Disney (Magic Kingdom).
Good location close to Interstate 4 and to International Drive with abundance of eateries. Easy to reach attractions. Next to convention center.
Daily parking charges excessive and unnecessary. Daily Internet charges. Few hotel eateries and expensive.
I have no questions were I will stay during my next visit to Orlando. Nice hotel.
I would like to have free internet and parking. Also I cleaned the glass of the window in my room because it was not clean enough.
Nice and confortable
They charge 11 usd for parking, rate was high almost 200 usd per night, should include parking and internet
