Clean room and facilities. Nice staff.
A little better on price. Couldn’t afford to take family in the future.
HVAC set off the fire alarm in my room one nigh when it automatically switched from cool to heat.
Everything was actually perfect!
Self parking charge was 15.00
It was beautiful ! Everyone was very nice!
Bed was comfortable. Clean. Room service was great.
It was a great location. Very pleasant staff and near by to convention center.
The room was very nice and had lots of room. It was very close to the convention center, several restaurants and Walgreens. Has a very nice spa and workout center as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I honestly cannot say anything negative about this hotel.
Great hotel with a great pool and good options for eating/dining
The gym was terrible and small.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good prices
Everything was great
Beds were comfortable, nice views, clean hotel.
We didn't have to park because we didn't have a car, but I saw that parking was like $25 for a day. Most hotels in the US are free at hotels since you're paying for the room.
Very clean room, pool area is well maintained , location is excellent . The outside of the building looks a bit dated but the inside is newer looking. The room was spotless and looked like it was brand new.
clean room, friendly staff
Internet access to be paid
My stay ended.
The bathroom was sadly coming apart. The shower was for a wheelchair and the wall tiles were partially coming ungrouted and off the wall. There was mildew in the grout. Long hairs were stuck to the shower curtain. Yellow urine stains were on the toilet basin and floor. It was disgusting...I trully was disappointed for having paid $165.00. Totall rip-off.
The ambience was good,
The potable hot water system appears to be running too hot.130f appears to be more than adequate to avoid scalding of the guests.Talk to your local ashrae Chapter who rented space for a meeting August 19 Please trim the vegitation at your signs at roadside to clearly show " hotel "
I liked that it was very close to the Orange County Convention Center.
For the price I was paying the walls of the rooms were very thin I could hear everything going on in both of the rooms around me.
Every hotel employee I came into contact with was courteous, respectful and they went out of the way to answer every question (like directions to other places) that I asked.
The tatoo convention that was next to our convention was somewhat distracting, but it turned out to be quite a conversation starter among our other conventioneers.
The hotel elevators were wonderful! No wait and never crowded, even though it appeared the hotel was near/at full occupancy.
Bed firmness was excellent - good nights rest.
Odor of sprays used for cleaning linger too long. No windows that open for fresh air. Bathroom vent appeared to circulate air and not exhaust.
No blankets in the room
