Pros (+) The rooms were very spacious, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was wonderful to be able to watch TV in another part of the room while others slept. Loved having Netflix access, too.
Cons (-) There wasn't enough light in the bathroom. No full length mirror. We left our room around 11am and no maid came. We had to ask for lotion and coffee as it wasn't left by the maid on other days.
Cons (-) Should remove free parking from all travel sites. Although it is not extremely expensive, it should be clear for the other travelers

Cons (-) Advertised shuttle to Univeral but only ran once per day. Not very flexible for families. Only a few miles away so would expect a better schedule.
