Would love a microwave in the room
Check in was at 4PM, they did not have out Saphire Suite ready until almost 5PM. Housekeeping was horrible.
Nice but not worth the extra cost
The boat shuttle to the park was nice The pool and hot tub, arcade, exercise room all nice
Everything was a long walk. We had a non-working refrigerator which took 3 days to replace. There were bars of soap which had been plugging the toilet No microwave Everything was overpriced Movies in the room were available for$19 plus tax List goes on
Excellent service -- would highly reccommend
The pool area and slide were fun-- rooms were nice. Very easy to get to Universal on the water taxi.
Food was just okay at pool and cafe. Pricier restaurants better
The rooms were beautiful. Everything is brand new, the room decor has a coastal feel. Its very tastefully done. The beds are comfortable, everything is top notch.
One of the standouts of the Orlando area is the Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando. It is ideally positioned between the parks of the area and CityWalk. Guests are thus able to easily go from one attraction to the next without having to inconvenience themselves with extensive traveling.
There are three incredible theme parks, and these are available to guests of the resort an hour before outsiders. This means guests are able to avoid lines and congestion that others may have to wade through.
In addition to this convenience, guests are able to bypass the regular lines with a free Universal Express Unlimited pass to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
The entertainment onsite offers the kind of world class experience people come to expect from Universal. Fast & Furious—Supercharged is one such feature. Guests have the chance of living inside the movie as they find themselves immersed in a high-speed chase to save the day. This interactive experience allows guests to blur the boundary between cinema and reality with a heart-pumping, full throttle experience.
There is also Universal Studio’s Cinematic Celebration, which provides an awe-inspiring experience filled with music, light and water, incorporating it all into a memorable cinematic experience. Guests get to go back in time millions of years into the realm of Jurassic World or plunge into the hilarious fun of Illumination’s Despcicable Me.
There is literally something for everyone at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando. It’s a complete escape from reality into the world of cinema.
