Bad Attutide Reception - Old and Duty Bathroom
Green, Bartender was with good attitude, polite , professional
bathroom was not clean and rusty (we have a photo) empty klinex box when we checked in room was not inspected. We asked for cleaning the bathroom but it was the same. Receptionist was very rude. They started to call us for check out starting from 10.00 sharp every 15 minutes. The hotel was empty. She tried to charge me without my information, I noticed when I check amount on POS. Everyone be careful with this hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and looked after us well. Our room was comfortable and clean.
The bedroom was icy cold on arrival and there was no shower cubicle.

Staff were very pleasant and courteous. Oxford is easily accessible from hotel but bus only goes once per hour if you don't want to drive to park and ride. Some light traffic noise but a fairly quiet location which is important to me as a light sleeper. We booked an extra night direcly with the hotel and they were very helpful.
Service at breakfast a bit slow. we were disaappointed that the room wasn't serviced when we returned after a long day out in Oxford. We got an apoogy and some tea and milk for the courtesy tray, but this meant the experience fell below expected standards.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good.
There were no bath towels in the room and the towels that were there were a little rough.

The staff were very helpful when we had a number of queries to ask at reception-they gave accurate info.& suppllied local maps.The breakfast was excellent.
