Pros (+) Its very clean overall and confortable rooms
Cons (-) The only problem I had is the cleaning staff came to the door and Knock it at 8:00 am for cleaning the room And dinning is closed at 10pm

Cons (-) You hear the entry doors slamming shut at all hours. My shower arrangement was so poorly designed a large puddle collected on the floor and there was no way to stop the leakage.

Pros (+) Room had large windows, good A/C, comfortable bed. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is a full spread: eggs. cereal, fruit, meat chess, breads etc& is included in the price. Excellent grocery store and good restaurants are in the neighborhood.
Cons (-) The area is safe for walking, but unaesthetic.
