Pros (+) Friendly staff, great presentation throughout the hotel, great location, fun party in the disco and all round great place and excellent value for younger people who want to be in the heart of the city...
Cons (-) We asked for ice in the room and had to ask three or four times before it got delivered approximately 45 minutes later.
