Cons (-) Small, old, noisy, drafty. Cost high for basically an indoor motel. Breakfast was not good.

It looks like an older hotel from the outside, but inside it is well cared for and looks like it may have been renovated recently. Cons (-) The bathroom could use a little work, it was clean but the ceiling was flaking and had stains, and the floor and shower just looked a lot older than the rest of the room. Also, the shower's hot and cold water was reversed, but we figured it out quick and didn't have a problem with it. Cons (-) Although located near China town, which my son enjoyed, there were homeless people hanging out close to the hotel.
Pros (+) Convenient location, the staff was helpful and accommodated our requests. Nothing inherently wrong with the room, typical budget hotel. WiFi worked fine. If you just need a place to crash for the night and don't want to spend any time in the hotel, this is fine.
Cons (-) The number one most bizarre and bad thing about this hotel was that there were no windows to the outside in your room. Dark and cell-like. Not that you would have wanted to, because the direct surroundings were pretty bleak. There was, however, a useless and creepy window directly into the hall which was covered only with curtains.
