Great view and nice gym
First room was not clean, second room smelled like cigarettes...
Bed and pillows were comfortable, slept on queen bed.
Shower head needs better cleaning, in room coffee station not great. Water in lobby was $4 and no water in room except bathroom tap. Hotel not consistent in face mask rule, security guard and hotel guests not wearing mask or not wearing properly.
We liked the location by the river, you get to see the view of the city and water. The staff was very professional, the rooms are modern and clean. We would definitely stay again, it was a great value for the price.
Nothing, everything was great.
I liked everything. It was a good hotel, clean, and safe.
I didn't like the restaurant or the food. I told the waiter how awful the food was and he immediately took it off my check. I did not expect that at all. I was willing to pay for everything. I wish I had just gone to a restaurant outside of the hotel, but was on a time crunch.
Great Solid Hotel
The rooms are spacious and clean. Strong shower. We were coming to Philly for a concert, then going to South Street. The hotel is located at Penns Landing right on the riverfront which is really nice. It’s also close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants on South St. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I can’t speak for the pool or gym facilities because we did not use them. I would definitely stay here again.
I would say for the money it was not worth it. It was not that clean in my bathroom hotel. It was very noise, you could hear the traffic all night.
The front desk staff
There was a couple yelling all night in the room next to us. We spent $300 to stay in a nice hotel and didnt sleep all night. I realize this was not the hotel's fault but we asked to be moved and it could happen. It was so terrible.
The view was incredible valet parking was sweet
The fact that I had a family emergency and wasn't offered any sort of amount back. I paid 435 for less than 6 hours in a room
Very friendly and helpful staff
The best part of this hotel is the location. You were walking distance to so many tourist attractions and right on the river. We went down and explored the submarine and everything we could. With the conventions and the weddings without a little out of place but it wasn't the hotels fault--we loved it! Great pool too!
Dated and HVAC worked very poorly
Efficient and good price
Uncomfortable room, and difficult to get a bottle of water. Overall just a workable stay
Where is the SPA?
Advertised a SPA online - no SPA no Jacuzzi - also pool was closed for some reason, which was the whole reason we stayed there.
