Cons: Queen bed was a little small for two adults.

Cons: The noise coming from the village (music, people talking, kids screaming) made for a very unpleasant experience. Also, adding to this is the zero soundproofing of doors (entry and balcony). Laying in bed up until after 11pm, kids and people were also talking loudly in the hall, running up and down the hall and basically making it such between the noise coming from the outside “village corridor” and the hallway it was impossible to rest until well after 11pm. Then again in the morning the piped in “village” music starts again and the whole routine repeats itself. The party I was traveling with in the second room said it is quieter staying in NYC! Shower water pressure is poor - a shame because the bathroom is nice. Don’t bother trying to use the gimmick of the margarita machine. It’s a chore to use and for the $65 the hotel charges for ingredients and hit/miss quality of the actual drink go have yourself a margarita in a restaurant. The machine margarita was foamy and a waste of money. If I went back, the only room I would consider here would be the back side stream facing rooms, but that would not eliminate the possibility of kids and uncouth parents yelling and screaming in the hallways incessantly. The room prices are top of the chart for this area so one would expect a different caliber of guest and hotel in general, but it is what it is. Lipstick on a pig comes to mind.

Cons: The hotel needs more room for checking in or needs to stagger check in times. We had to wait in our car in line for about 30 minutes to unpack, get valet service and check in. Also, disappointed that the gas to the fireplace was cut off on 4/1. The weather was unusually cold and it would have been very nice to be able to use the fireplace. We normally come in September when its 90 degrees and the fireplace is on but we have never been able to use it. Need to gauge it by the weather and not by a date on the calendar.

Cons: Could offer breakfast for the price. I would love to see the pool balcony open to adults only after the pool closes. Entire island shuts down at 11.

Cons: Bed was not comfortable and it's very pricey to be a hotel.

Cons: The only negative thing would be parking away from hotel. We didn't mind the walk and they have valet parking if needed.

Cons: The overhead heating and air unit made loud noises all night resulting in loss of sleep. The facility was nice in appearance and clean. We would say again but would request a different area. Management felt that the unit was getting ready to go out. They was going to adjust our rate but couldn’t due to booking from a second party. They did give us a voucher for the coffee shop.

Cons: With all the nights we spent eating out, a free breakfast buffet would've made a big difference. We had to travel a ways off the property to eat breakfast.

Cons: The air vents are directed right at the bed and are not movable. Was pretty cold laying there.

Cons: I had a valuable personal item that went missing. I didn’t feel management took appropriate action to find it. I filed a police report for my missing item. I was very disappointed that management didn’t even bother to ask the employees that entered my room. They only stated “nothing was turned in.” Sad.

Cons: Wifi was totally a joke. So slow I had to use me cellular data. Carpets could use a cleaning but not bad

Cons: All rooms are pet friendly..... when you walk in the room smell of dogs knock you down, dog hairs found in the rooms..... We checked out and didn't stay

Cons: The door closure in our room is not calibrated correctly. Instead of closing slowly it slams as soon as you let go of it. There is no delay. This needs to be repaired before it injures an adult or small child.

Cons: The view from the balcony was the back of a restaurant.

Cons: However, The sheets were stained. Our Shower leaked out into the floor and made a huge mess. The people beside us had 3 really Large dogs that barked. There was no comforter on the bed. Not much parking. 3 very small pillows. Trashy and slummy people hanging around outside. Made me uncomfortable to go outside after dark. The carpet in the rooms were disgusting.

Cons: We asked for a wake-up call on Tuesday for 6.30 am cause we had a family reunion in North Carolina and we didn't get So we missed it That's the only thing that made me me Cause the guy at night said we would get it My family was upset

Cons: They only give two pillows per bed and they flatten out as soon as you lay down.

Cons: Nothing! They have bedbugs so we left with a refund

Cons: The pool was closed due to weather and it was sunny and hot out.I dont understand the logics of it.

Cons: Light mold forming on ceiling in shower area. Also found hair clinging to the "clean" towels.

Cons: Room had smell like pets had been in the room even though it was a pet free room. Sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off at night.

Cons: STAYER BEWARE!!! The staff doesn't greet you as you walk in the door. As you make a complaint their response is "okay" and "it's not my problem". They don't take responsibility for anything and it all falls on the customer. The TV doesn't work and the air doesn't work.

Cons: There was a slight smell in the room. I couldn't figure out what it was, and it wasn't completely unpleasant. It just wasn't great.

Cons: Dogs barking at all hours. Woke up early in the mornings from dog barking. I did not notice anything about this place being pet friendly in the ad, if I had I would have booked elsewhere.

Cons: Mask policy was not enforced. Very few people in the building were wearing face masks, even though the signs were posted all over the entrances, elevator, and lobby.

Cons: It's incredibly difficult to get in and out of the small parking area. Room we had was apparently one used for pet friendly accommodations - we didn't have pets with us and the room smelled badly. There was also mold above the shower head and on the ceiling. Rooms were nothing like the pictured posted.

Cons: I was booked into the wrong room and was rudely awakened while trying to take a nap to switch rooms. This is after another couple walked into our room. Then the new room we got had dirty sheets and when we asked them to change them we were treated like it was going to be a problem for them. To top it off I had to take a cold shower. It was not a good expierence.

Cons: Our AC unit was broken, they did however give us a refund for part of the stay. Also the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I was informed that they are in the process of hiring more/other cleaning staff.

Cons: Overall rating is bad, the rooms are stinky and bad odor, AC not working properly. Not a value for money. I don't suggest this lodge for anyone. Overall a bad experience for my family

Cons: The carpet was dirty mold in the shower and the chairs were falling apart.

Cons: The man who called me when there was a problem with my credit card could have been friendlier.

Cons: One of the beds had bugs in it. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and we could not stopper the tub.

Cons: The room was a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. There was a switch for a fan in the bathroom but it didn't work. The toilet flushed REALLY slowly and eventually got clogged. Unfortunately, there was no plunger in the room and this happened after 10pm, which is when the front desk person leaves, so we had a non-functioning toilet until after 8am the next day. So, don't try to check-in after 10pm or have any issues because there's nobody there. I get this is a small motel, but I've never stayed somewhere that didn't have a person onsite 24hrs for issues, etc. Parking was also very limited, if it's busy like when I stayed there, there didn't seem to be enough spaces for all guests...

Cons: Everything in Pigeon Forge is so expensive.
