No shuttle on the weekend and the staff was kinda rude initially
bath room is too size is too small. Especially the shower area.
Acceptable but not extraordinary
Staff is very friendly and helpful, esp. AGM Katie Rooms are clean and fresh Breakfast was fine Free newspapers are a nice touch
Very few amenities: a small fitness room and no pool/sauna Small rooms with no sitting area or balcony Pay to park Not in a walking neighborhood Expensive all things considered
Well that was...
Wonderful. The room was beautiful. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It's almost like they're soundproof. I couldn't hear anything from the hallways or the other rooms.
I just wish they had more deals on prices during the year, especially the summer.

Good location. Free breakfast. Your standard hotel.
They put us in a smoking room (I didn't know hotels still had smoking rooms) after I specifically marked non-smoking online. It smelled bad.
The Hampton Inn is a good hotel. The rooms are clean and the sheets are soft. They were very nice to my dog. I will definitely be going here again the next time I'm in Pittsburgh.
I wasn't aware that I was being charged for parking until I got the bill. The breakfast isn't great, but it's free so no real downside.
Good location near downtown. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, liberal pet policy. Would stay again.
Customer service at the front desk was one of the best i ever had
Very good hotel. Nice breakfast. The most valuable thing - the free shuttle (up to 5 miles from the hotel).
Staff; shuttle service
The shuttle service location to University
On line advertized a pool Hotel does not have one Kids were disapointed.
Close to the two main universities. Everything was ok.
The desktop of the room could be better, more comfortable, specially whenever someone try to work on.
I had a comfortable stay there.
The room wall seemed to be very thin and I was waken up in the morning by the alarm clock in next room. It was loud enough to wake me up. Also the voice of the person in next room came into my room.
