    Hotel location

    Staff was accommodating and pleasant rooms were fair.

    Breakfast wasn't much to write home about limited area could use more pillows better description of location it's not on Golden Mile Hyw

    Pay the extra money for a real hotel

    Hotel Staff, Location.

    Hotel and Room were very worn. Room was clean, but again was worn. I was beside some group that had taken a room to Party on a Sunday night. There must have been 20 people going in and out of the room and they were using the side door (that should have been locked), to let others in. No respect as to the noise and they kept trying to open the connecting door to my room. The management did warn the group but they ignored them. I had to leave the room due to my safety and the need to sleep at 1am. I asked for, and was given another room by the management with no hassle.

    I had a positive experience

    I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. My room was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. I was happy with it the moment I opened the door. I didn't get any kind of special room either, it was just the cheapest one I could find.

    The mattress was at the point where it needed to be replaced. If it wasn't for that, I'd have no complaints.
