Pros (+) The hotel itself is nice, clean, and very conveniently located to many attractions and great restaurants in downtown Portland. However, those do not make up for the truly terrible customer service we experienced.
Cons (-) As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in my fair share of hotels of varying degrees of comfort. Upon checking into the Paramount hotel, I was very pleased with the hotel and my room- however, my pleasant experience stopped there. At 1 AM my first night, the guest in the room next to me was being overly disruptive. I finally called the front desk, spoke to April, and hoped it would be taken care of. ...
