Cons: Most unfriendly restaurant staff.Never saw a smile. It seemed as if just pouring a cup of coffee was doing us a favour

Cons: Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.

Cons: Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,

Cons: Nothing! I would absolutely stay again!

Cons: The shower over bath would be difficult for some people to get in and out of. The glass partition is also very small so water does go all over the place.

Cons: It’s just a European thing but the beds are much smaller than what you’d expect in America. Also, the shower glass door is somewhat odd but it’s really not a big deal. Really, the only actual issue I had with this hotel was the A/C unit in my room did not work. Luckily, I stayed at the end of October so opening a window sufficed. The staff told me they would move us into a different room, but, to be honest, I was too lazy to pack all my stuff up just to unpack it. Lol So, it ended up being on me not having a functional A/C unit the entirety of my stay.

Cons: Eating in the bar because restaurant was not available

Cons: Very bad management.

Cons: Bed is a little narrower than average. Pillows a little high and over stuffed. There was construction in the basement that could be heard all the way up to the 3rd floor.

Cons: Unless you are a part of a Japanese or other Tour group, you don't count. Poor breakfast buffet. Bathroom extremely small.

Cons: Food is so-so.

Cons: We had a mostly comfortable stay, but there were a few weird things worth mentioning. This is a koser/jewish hotel with many conveniences oriented for participants in the religion. Most of the guests are Jewish, so if you dislike hearing constant hebrew, maybe choose a different hotel. This was not obvious via Kayak where I was doing searching, I should have dug a bit more. This did not effect our stay, was just surprised on arrival. - Our room was in the lower floor near the spa and a few service rooms. There was constant noise outside our room in the mornings. - One morning we had no water. - Our TV cable was unplugged so we just got static, had to investigate and plug it in. Just weird... - The marketing pictures for the hotel were extremely generous - border-line deceiving. Actual sizes of rooms were much smaller. - The location looks amazing, but street view it first. It's near a major intersection and highway. On the ground floor rooms you get some road noise. Overall, we were very laid back guests so these things didn't kill our trip, but these were the facts. In retrospect the price was probably not justified.

Cons: The weather

Cons: some of the staf are rude and unwilling to help, while i was waiting in the lobby for my plane (after checkout) he wouldn't allow me to use the bathroom with the stupid excuse that they don't have one... on our first night they gave us the wrong room that was totaly uncomfturble and wrong (1 double bed instead of 2 single, no ac, huge amount of bugs)
