Accommodations are airy and luxurious. Guests may choose Platinum Suites with one king bed or two twin beds, or Honeymoon Suites with one king bed. Guests in Honeymoon Suites will enjoy additional services, including a free fruit basket, a bottle of rum, massages, dance lessons, and private meals. All rooms have balconies, minibars that are replenished daily, full bathrooms, cable TV, and air conditioning.

The resort has five different restaurants and three bars that are part of guests’ all-inclusive deals. International buffet fare is served at Restaurant Casabe, a la carte Tex-Mex at Rio Grande Steak House, and drinks at Splash Poolside Bar.

Additional all-inclusive services and amenities include the use of four pools, a fitness center complete with a Jacuzzi and sauna, nightly entertainment and dancing, sports and games facilities, and butler service on the beach for endless cocktails.

Pros (+) All inclusive and the entertainment, liked that we could go to the other punta cana resorts. The beach front was nice. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The beds weren’t comfy and jacuzzi leaked, too many vendors approaching.

Pros (+) Staff as expected was very splendid and helpful.
Cons (-) The room detail indicated that the Wifi was included in the stay but it turned out the WiFi was only free in the hotel lobby. The room charged 4 dollars a night for room usage. And you were only allowed to connect one device to the WiFi per paid night. It is totally ridiculous to charge for such a service if it could have been included in the room rate and save everybody the anger and confusion.
