Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and breakfast options, with several mentioning good food variety and proximity to key areas. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, with staff often described as unfriendly or unhelpful. Cleanliness is also a recurring issue, as some rooms were found dirty or poorly maintained. Room size and amenities are generally considered acceptable but not outstanding. Overall, while the location and breakfast stand out positively, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
