Cons (-) Was in a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes (and all my clothes smelled of old cigarettes afterward)
Pros (+) The continental breakfast was okay. Our kids liked the waffles and orange juice.
Cons (-) The pool was not open, the room was not very clean, ie: stuff under the beds, curtains dirty/dingy, the shower curtain was moldy. There was not a microwave or fridge in the room which made it difficult for us. Our friends did talk to management and we were able to use their shuttle to the Grand Sierra to use their pool. Cons (-) Place is beat to #%\*. Found hairs in my sheets. Not my hairs. Ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of my towels. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Seriously, this place is gross. Stay away. Think they rent this place by the hour too.

Anyways, they moved use to a non-smoking room, which was smelling (from cigarette smoke)... When we reached out the front desk lady said, they have no control if someone smoked in those rooms, although they are supposed to be non-smoking...
