Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near the airport and often mention comfortable beds. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor service, including communication problems and unhelpful staff. While a few found the rooms clean and appreciated the friendly staff, negative experiences with maintenance and value for price were common.
