Everyone was really nice. The rooms were nice and the beds were pretty firm, which I need. They also let us have a late checkout after we went to the spa so we could take our time.
The price for a couples massage said $125 but it was actually $125 per person so that could have been more clear. It was a nice experience though. Really nice. Thank you.

Newly renovated room, and clean, although the bathroom renovation looks like it was done in a bit of a hurry. One relatively minor complaint: the sink was difficult to use without getting water everywhere, because the faucet is set so far back that it basically dispenses the water at the very back edge of the sink. When you wash your hands, the water goes all over the back of the counter.
Staff friendly and helpful
Better pool hours. Not open until 9 and closes at 8 Barely able to use it!
Went with my 98 year old Mom and Sister. Was a birthday trip for my Mom who was a passionate craps player. We loved the facilities and friendly staff. Very easy to move between three casinos and restaurants. Appreciated that since moving around a bit difficult for my Mom. All in all a fun experience for all of us.
The selection at the Cafe was great including the Asian food selection. The wait staff were also excellent.
The cleanliness of the gaming area. The slot machines were often covered with ashes and drink spillage. I did not notice this lack of cleanliness last time I visited the Silverlegacy.
Nice getaway with a hotel that links to two others!
The staff was great and treated us well. There was a lot to do, the clubs, bars and entertainment were all open and plentiful.
It's an older hotel that is going under remodel, some features were closed like the pool and fountain.
Its old hotel
Pool out of service
Pool out of service in July. No fridge in room.
The elevator were really fast and efficient
The room doors are really old and the bathroom didn’t have an extractor fan
1 Star Experience at a 4 Star Price
The casino downstairs is nice
This place is awful. The rooms are outdated, similar to a Motel 6. Never staying here again.
It was okay
The people that worked there very friendly
Tv didn’t work tried everything to make it work and it didn’t . 2nd there was dry blood underneath the toilet seat cover. Room 2803
it was clean and a nice crowd
We found the hotel & parking well located and easy to find, room very clean and great view,
The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. I can honestly say that I have never been to a casino/resort as lovely as this one.
I cannot think of anything.
the comfort of the bed and pillows was fantastic. My niece and I almost did not wake up, we both slept so sound.
I stay there often, I go to tax seminars and I have no complaints. Sorry I couldn't find something critical, but I have none.
Parking and check-in were very easy. The room was comfortable.
The pillows were uncomfortable - very high and hard. The food was very expensive.
everything but price
Excellent selection of restaurants.
Housekeeping was fine! Bed made, everything was clean. Staff was vey courteous. The hotel itself is beautiful.
There was mold on the shower vent which made my allergies go crazy!!! There was an oxidizer in the room, (for what, I do not know, unless to get rid of the mold, which could have been accomplished by cleaning the vent) The lite in the shower went out (Bulb blew out). The main complaint was the room air;there was something very wrong here which made my stay VERY uncomfortable. The executive suite was beautiful but miserable because of the air quality.
the variet of things to do
nice room,friendly staff
no coffee in room
