Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for shopping and exploring the area. However, many reviews mention dissatisfaction with the value for price, citing high costs for rooms, breakfast, and parking, as well as expectations not being met for the price paid. Service receives criticism for slow check-in, unhelpful staff, and issues with requests. Cleanliness is also a concern, with several guests noting problems with linens, towels, and bathroom conditions. Despite these issues, some guests appreciate the practical amenities and comfortable atmosphere.
