Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, varied and tasty breakfast, and high standards of cleanliness. Many appreciated the comfortable rooms and attentive staff. However, frequent complaints were raised about elevator malfunctions, which caused inconvenience, especially for guests on higher floors and those with limited mobility. Some guests also noted minor issues with room amenities and restaurant service, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for most visitors.AI-Generated from customer reviews
