central location proximity to train station friendly staff clean and spacious room
Great place to stay
I liked the cleanliness and the kind staff ...
I didn't like the hidden charges at the end for $6 per day per occupant. Maybe I missed it in the opening contract but I think when I pay in advance everything in the beginning Payment
Very friendly staff, surprisingly great breakfast opportunities! Great location, especially for catching the train! Loved our stay!
close to everything
Location is near to Train Station and near to Rome Historical places. Separate place in the room for couch and desk ..
Old fashion room Style , Breakfast could be better
Nothing like it!
Bad manner stuff!!! I use my cell phone roaming to use 3g for search place! Why? Cuz they said their Internet was broken! For 3 days! I totally do not trust them, I asked other guest, they told me they can use wifi! So, the stuffs lied to me!警告大家，千万别住这里！前台那些人素质超差！
Large room and bathroom. Very quiet even although room was facing the road. Very close to Terminii. Decor excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel - would stay there again.
Shower head was connected to the wall about a foot above the bath. Breakfast ok.
It is really close to the sightseeing points
convenient to Termini train station, almost all buses and both metro lines pass through it, so even during midnight you can find a bus back
poor breakfast,no fresh bread
Bedroom and ensuite were very large and very new so everything looked fresh. The bathroom had double basins and a large bath. Location was excellent and very close to the train station.
The bathroom had only had a hand-held shower in the bath so it was difficult to shower properly. Some aspects of the breakfast were very poor - more youth hostel than 4 star hotel. The breakfast room was so cramped that you could not move between the tables to get to the buffet without asking people to move. I was seated at a dirty table, and even when the last guest's dirty plates were removed the table cloth was still covered in spills and crumbs. The fruitjuices were artificial and undrinkable.
The view was terrible we were placed in the back of the hotel where the fire escape was, they did change the room to the top floor with no view! This was our 1st wedding anniversary my husband did explain but they did not really care, they also have no iron so we had creased cloths and they said that it is Itailian law no hotels have iron's we went into a couple of hotels and they do allow iron's!
Excellent location, very clean room, reasonably spacious, great shower.
Breakfast could have been better....
The location 200m from the bus / train station was excellent. It was priced significantly lower than others but was very comfortable.
