Friendly staff and location
The hotel room is very clean & comfortable and the room looks modern and new. Excellent location.
The lift needs a key. Therefore when you first get to the hotel better to get a staff to help you with accessing the lift so you don't need to carry the luggage up the stairs.
we booked a taxi from the airport which did not arrive and the night porter didn't know anything about it despite us receiving a confirmation e mail. The dining room was a bit small as was our triple room.
The bedroom is big, confortable and new. The bed is really good. Don't expect too much of the breakfast.
The elevator to get in the hotel is the time of romam empire. The service is quiet enough. We felt insecure about our things inside the room.
The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing with all the major attractions and bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room, which was delightful, was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout the stay. The staff were polite and helpful.
The breakfast was ok, fairly limited with no meats or eggs and the walk up to the third floor with our suitcases on arrival was a killer - after that there was a key for the lift! If we stayed again one of us would walk up, register and come down in the lift for the cases. If we go back to Rome I do think we would stay again at the Everest Inn.
Position and quality of the room
Smell of smoke at the reception and breakfast areas
very good location, nice service
some english speaking staff
wasn't aware hotel was not on the ground floor
Very friendly staff. The rooms have everything a traveller needs. Very good standard especially for the price.
In the morning Via Nazinalle is quite busy...but that is what you actually expect when you live in the centre of Rome...not such a big hassle after all. The breakfast is not huge although good enough.
The interior design is excellent. Rooms are very clean and confort. The personnel very polite and helpfull. Mr Carlo, a typical Italian......The location is perfect. 10 minutes walking for the main sights, 2 lines of bus and the metro(outside the hotel) drives you everywhere in Rome.
I did not like the breakfast but they already think of improoving it.
