restaurant was very good but their service was not up to the rest of the hotel staff.
Wonderful hotel in a excellent location!
The staff was most helpful. The rooms are on the small side but with a large modern bathroom. Plenty of public areas to sit and enjoy a cup of tea. The breakfast was wonderful, did not expect to see the variety. There is a buffet and the waiters come around with additional selections!
Great hotel in good location
The staff were without exception so friendly and helpful, the room (324) was clean and comfortable, albeit a little small and without a view, but had a great bed and very large bathroom including jacuzzi & substantial separate shower. The breakfasts were superb, with numerous daily freshly prepared delights brought round. We also dined twice in the excellent roof top restaurant because we had enjoyed the first dinner so much. We had a lovely stay, and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Bathroom was a very good size, but lacked lay down areas or sufficient coat / towel hooks in some convenient locations.
Our room at the Artemide was comfortable and well equipped. Staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. The free wireless and complimentary drinks included with our room were a nice bonus.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and although fine with the windows closed, was very noisy if you opened them as the hotel is sited on a very busy road.
Location was great for sightseeing, close to bus statin and metro links, and easy to walk to many of the major sites.
Rooms were small. Unable to get iron for the room (and there is a charge of 5euro to have shirt ironed). No British TV channels available during our stay.
Everything, the location is excellent, staff are very helpful, rooms were lovely as was the breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the centre of Rome

The location, the staff, the breakfast.
Noisy street but after walking in Rome for 12 hours then you sleep nevertheless.
