I found a bed bug on my pillow!!! And showed it to the reception and they tried to pretend it was a regular bug but offered me to switch rooms. Everything about it is gross and cheap, there's not even hand soap in bathrooms.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, and convenient location close to public transport and city attractions. However, a significant number of reviews reported issues with cleanliness, including dirty bathrooms, unclean linens, and general lack of hygiene. While some found the beds comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant, cleanliness concerns and occasional maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience for several guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews
