Friendly and helpful staff
Was too far from points of interest. Room was small
The location is great when visiting Rome. It is easy to catch the tram or you can start walking from the hotel.
The temperature regulation in the room was not good, - and it is not safe to sleep with open window.
Staff was very helpful and location was excellent!
There were ants in the bathroom...
The staff was very helpful, especially Sylvia and Mana (sp?).
The room was small, dark, the television was difficult to work and the water in the shower was only lukewarm.
The hotel was right on the Trastevere tram line which was convenient. The bed was comfortable and they provided comfortable pillows. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and the buffet was generous.
The shower was inadequate and not comfortable. I am a slim woman and I found the shower uncomfortably cramped. It was a small cubicle cruise ship shower. The bathroom soaps were not good; we ended up using soaps that we had taken from other hotels. The air conditioning never cooled sufficiently at night and the room became too warm.
The hotel is located in Trastevere, which is a very nice area to stay in. Away from large tourist crowds, Trastevere has the nicest restaurants of Rome, quint piazza's, a beautiful church and some little shops all on walking distance. The hotel was very easy to find by car (+/-30 mins from the airport) and there is (free) parking space in front of the hotel. There is a tram stop close to the hotel as well, so should be easy for travellers using public transportation. We've only stayed in the hotel for 1 night and the hotel fitted the purpose well. Good value for money, the room was spacious, clean and the AC was working. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We've had a very pleasant and comfortable stay!
It was a comfortable hotel but that was expected. it did not exceed expectations
Prices for spa use far too high, I doubt there are many takers. They serve a single malt scotch called Lanavulin I think and it is awful. tastes like it has been matured in smoked herring barrels by mistake. I couldn't drink it and after pouring some in my coffee I couldn't drink that either . There are good whiskies out there, i recommend they pour lanavulin down the sink. Oh and the breakfast is only adequate. if it had not been included we would have gone out for breakfast after the first day
Very comfortable bed, quiet, very easy to get into the city from hotel.
The location was outstanding. No. 8 Tram is a convenient way to get into the town center. Bar on roof is fantastic place to relax.
Staff were superb & the hotel was excellent.
Location is excellent next to the tram line.
The Shower cabinets are a bit tight and compact. Great concept though.
