Suite Opera Rooms

The location is good as the hotel is walkable from Termini station and the hotel is very close to the Rebubblica metro station. There is hardly any noise from the street at night. Breakfast is good as they do not only serve the sweet stuff (cakes and croissants), but have buns, salami and ham. Staff is also very helpful.

When we checked in they gave us room 102. This room is smaller than a shoe box. It is not possible to have your suitcase open and open the door to your room at the same time. This room is also next door to the hotel's breakfast room, where is very noisy from approx 6:30 hrs, which is very annoying. We made a complaint after the first night and they instantly gave us a better room - much larger and located on the first floor (i.e a room that we expected to get initially for the room rate we paid). So lessons learned for future visitors; stay away from room 102 and you will have a great stay at this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was also very good, close enough to almost everything in the city - just take comfortable shoes for walking!

No clock or alarm clock in the room. Bathroom was a little crowded, but shower area was roomy. Double bed was two singles pushed together which tended to drift apart at night.
