Rooms small and shower even smaller
Breakfast and location
Rooms were small. Showers even smaller and very uncomfortable
The location was brilliant. The staff were also very considerate and the front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was lovely and the times were perfect for all. It was also a nice touch giving us a bottle of wine as a surprise to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends and would stay there again if I went back to Rome.
even though there were 24 hour coffee and tea facilities, I missed having one in the bedroom.
The staff were very helpful.
The shower - it is tiny and also on our first night one bed was actually a sofa bed which we were charged full price for.
High quality fittings and comfort with friendly helpful staff; I was welcomed back on my second trip as if I was a regular customer. It is quiet but so very close to the city and a walk from the railway termini. As a solo female traveler I felt safe at Raffaello and was impressed by how the brochures really were very accurate in terms representing both quality and service. It is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of an international city - very convenient to everything.
I honestly could not fault any of the service, the environment or location. It is excellent value for money - a very classy small hotel.
Friendly staff in good central location.Good breakfast.Comfortable bedroom.
its central but quiet location, only minutes to the coliseum
the air cond was not working
rooms clean and functional, good bathroom - air con brilliant.
breakfast was a little limited.
The room. It was very clean and spacious - it was an apartment style which was very acceptable. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The interior wall surfaces could definately do with new paint
location was excellent. very near metro and ancient rome. staff very helpful and friendly. recommend highly.
Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were very happy with our stay.
My only compliant would be the shower - there was no shower curtain so the bathroom was drenched every time we showered.
