Ripped us off!
Room was nice but extremely hard to get to. Staff spoke Italian and didn't understand English.
We arrived at 9pm which is outside of their normal check-in time. We called ahead to let them know and they told us someone would be there to let us in. However we got there and no one was there. The rooms are in an apartment building and so we got in and pounded and rang the doorbell of the home town suites room for an hour and no one opened the door. We tried calling the number 4-5 times that we called earlier to let us in but no one answered. We had to find another hotel to stay at that night at 10pm. The next day we went back and they told us it was our fault and that they were there and that we never called. I showed them my phone which had all our calls to their number and the times we were at the room waiting to get in. They then understood and told us we wouldn't have to pay for the night we weren't let in. But they still charged us! Even without that fiasco the place is not worth the money. It's far away from central Rome and there a no taxis near by because it's off the grid.
