Location, Clean, Helpful
Nicely furnished apartment in a good location, central to all of Rome's major attractions. The check-in process was very easy and Nina gave us a map to help us get around to the attractions.
The building isn't well marked, so it's a little difficult to find for the first time. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived despite being well after check-in time. The housekeeping staff tried to make us leave an hour before checkout on our departure day so they could begin cleaning.
Very good location. We stayed in the Detached Suite, which is more like a little apartment. Very nice !
Nice design, good location
Entrance in building, coridor and stairs are too dirty. There no place (table) to eat in apartment. We didnt wait so long to chek in (15 min), but girl didnt aspect us at all, she was suprised when we call her, she didnt get our reservation.
We loved the location and the fact that the apartment was so private - it's not a hotel at all. Having a small kitchen was great, as was the separate bedroom. Noise from the street was minimal - it's a quiet street, but in the center of everything - just a few blocks from Campo di fiori and Piazza Navona and has a great supermarket just steps away. Very much appreciated the staff allowing us to check out at 12h on Sunday.
I knew this would happen, but once we were given the later check out, the cleaning lady wasn't informed and was obviously not happy about us not letting her in the room at 11h. Would have been nice if she had been told. Otherwise, it was fantastic.
Beautiful room in a great neighborhood. Steps one way get you to the tram, bus or taxi. Steps the other way get you to Campo di Fiori, and Piazza Navona. Tons of restaurants, lots of nightlife, and in my opinion, the best part of Rome. The room was very modern, clean and beautiful. Our hostess was prompt and took care of us, taking time to point out the best spots for dinner and shopping.
You'll question your reservation when you arrive at the entrance. It's the back door to a stairway that leads you up through a couple flights of stairs up to the rooms. Once you get past that part though, the payoff is an amazing room in the best neighborhood at a very reasonable price!
The Relais location is excellent, the staff very professional and the services are quite well organised.
Good location although the price was a bit high for the time of year.
The croissants for breakfast that are left hanging in a bag on the outside door arrived late one morning after we had already gone out for breakfast. The shower stall is very small.
The woman in charge of meeting us to let us into our apartment, Costanza, was the best. She met us at 23:30 at night because our train was late getting in, she was happy and not upset at the hour. She also stayed awhile and provided us a map of the area and pointed out great places to eat for reasonable prices. She helped a great deal in directions and with suggestions and was just a wonderful hostess. The room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't call it an 'apartment' per say, as much as a hotel room, but the facilities were exactly what we needed and it was a great location near the Pantheon.
The accomodations are centrally located. It was easy to walk to all the historical sites.
