Overview

A short walk from the centre, the Best Western Victor's Residenz-Hotel Rodenhof, Saarbrucken, Germany, is a relaxed city hotel with rooms, junior suites and suites, free Wi-Fi, a restaurant with an elegant but informal feel, and a spa for beauty and wellness treatments, with a recognized green certificate. The shops and squares of Saarbrucken lie close by, with the Saar river and the old town within easy reach. The French border and the Saar valley begin just to the south. Saarbrucken is the capital of the Saarland, a relaxed city on the Saar river where German and French ways of life blend. The grand old Ludwigskirche presides over an elegant square, the St Johanner Market fills with cafe terraces and market stalls, and riverside paths and an old castle look out over the water. Vineyards and forests of the border country roll out close by, and the dramatic Saarschleife river bend lies within an easy drive.
