Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, noting its proximity to key attractions, restaurants, and highways. Some also found the price to be a good value for what was offered. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained bedding, and lack of housekeeping. Service was frequently criticized, with reports of rude or unresponsive staff, problems with check-in, and lack of support for issues like broken amenities. Bed comfort was also a common concern, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable. Cons (-) They called me to inform me they did not have a room for me after it was all booked and confirmed. Nor did they make any attempt whatsoever at trying to find me other accommodations due to their error. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service associate was rude and really had no care as to the situation they put me in.

Pros (+) I just needed a pet-friendly room that was clean and comfortable, a stopover for a long road trip, and Extended Stay worked.
