Room wasn't available after booked on kayak. Received an email after booking that the room actually wasn't available at that price. Had to stay somewhere else.
The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. We left a pair of prescription glasses there by mistake and the staff (esp. Jamie) was extremely helpful in finding them for us.
Breakfast should be included!!!!

I was under the impression breakfast came with price of room when actually there was a separate $12 charge per day . This was disappointing. I was there for 5 nights and and the price of the room was $200 per night. Not cheap.
The room was very nice.
Did not like being located on the side of the hotel facing the very busy highway. Did not like that the huge touring group with tons of children were screaming, yelling and running around the pool deck when I arrived at 9:30pm. I think the staff should be on top of noise level when it is excessive, no matter what time of the day it is.

Ordering online we were not warned that we were booking a smoking room. We were given the room without warning and when we discovered how badly the room smelled, the front desk said it was the only room available. The room reeked of smoke and we work up constantly all night long from the smell. I have asthma and had to use my inhaler several times the next day to calm my coughing. The hotel was too noisy to keep the window open and that barely did anything about the smell. I will never stay there again and I do not trust last minute bookings on price line now. The only purpose of booking the room was to get some sleep before driving the next 2 hours home and we were barely able to do that. We may have each gotten 2 hours sleep over the course of the night.
