Pros: Cottage was cleaned and well organized. I love Redwoods and there was a brochure in one of the cabinets about Coastal Redwoods (which made me like the place even more). Dishes were washed, television worked, internet was fine, A/C worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Not enough trees or fauna around. Plants always make an environment more comfortable, especially when the plants are drought resistant.

Pros: Cleanliness. Boutique style exterior and gated parking lot were all very appreciated as its in a not-so-awesome part of town. The bathroom was very nice.
Cons: The AC unit was high up and behind the TV. I needed to stand on a chair to turn it on and off. An AC unit with a remote would be a game changer. The room was very poorly lit, plus, every wall and ceiling was painted BRIGHT red. It was like I was in some kind of horror movie. The windows and finishings were nice, but without a screen, they weren't very secure.

Pros: Everything was excellent! The staff was great, the rooms clean, beds were super comfy (even the pillows were perfect), lots of little touches like the Kurig coffee makers with a complimentary selection of coffee and teas, snacks, drinks and fruit.. While the general location may not have been in a picturesque, the hotel had a nice, clean courtyard that was fully gated with a kind of retro feel to it. Evenings were quiet, so I was able to get plenty of rest. I was in town for training at the post office and the location was just minutes from the facility.
Cons: Cant think of anything I didnt like.

Pros: Didn’t have breakfast
Cons: As soon as I got into the reception area I didn’t get greeted. No one was at the greeting area. Security guy asked someone in the back office to come and he just told me five minutes. After waiting 5 minutes no one came out until I had to peek into the back office and ask again. Also the room was not that clean. The bed sheets you can tell were washed but had random stains. Also the floor next to the fridge was wet. You can tell they didn’t clean it well. The shower also had random hair on the walls. Additionally not their fault but random people being loud around midnight making it hard to sleep. Next time I’ll pay a little extra to stay somewhere else.

Cons: A better view out my window would have been really nice. My room was right next to the dumpsters. I called room service and the guy that answered was a real jackoff.
