Pros (+) The staff is extremely nice! They upgraded our room to a balcony with a view since it was our first time there. Which was pretty awesome. And the snorkeling is great at the hotel, absolutely beautiful.
Cons (-) the hotel is very average. It's pretty outdated, the hot water didn't work the first night then the next few nights it would work for about 10 mins. The room was incredibly humid, our clothes in our suitcase were not just damp but wet. The bed is not that comfortable and the food was very overpriced and very average. ONE empanada was 14 dollars. I don't feel that for the price you are getting a wh...

Pros (+) The outdoor areas are beautiful. The staff is very nice. There is so much to see and do at the Resort. The restaurants are very nice and the food is very good. The free beach equipment was a lot of fun.
