The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water and waa clean
They could have smack machines on each floor
We got a free room upgrade. We thought we could hear a puppy whimpering next too us, turns out it was a couple being really loud having sex. Needless to say we just mentioned to the attendant the noise and he gave us a better room. Great customer service, kind experience from all staff, and a great location
Have oatmeal as an option for free breakfast?? Certainly it’s cheaper than a full meal of eggs, beacon, pancakes etc...
The best thing was the front desk worker Paige who assisted me check in. She was kind, personable, and extremely helpful.
The rug in the room had animal fur all over in it and bits of food. The shower was dingy and full of hairs. There was no sheer curtains in the room so I was stuck with the curtains closed the whole time. The room clearly had been “updated” recently but it seemed to be half hazardously done and corners cut.
Such a cute hotel. Loved the staff. Food hours and quality were amazing. I would definitely stay here again!
Updates in the rooms especially bathroom
Location is good - good value for the money
Check in took a long time - they seemed a bit confused Hotel is dated - with a facelift.
Not Impressed!
Modern Feel Comfortable Bed Pool, Hot Tub, and Exercise Room Refrigerator and Microwave
Slow-Check-in Untrained Staff Not Customer-Service Oriented at all Under Construction Hallway loud the entire night *Had a job interview and wanted to extend my checkout from 12 to 1 pm, this was denied and they wouldn't even accommodate holding my bags for pick-up when the interview ended at 12:30. I will never stay at this hotel again, it reminds me of a 2 star hotel with a modern feel. I would probably hire legitimate professionals in business attire to manage the front-end and not a bunch of hipster teenagers with no manners or customer service experience.*
Neat looking place, very different than typical hotels. More "hipster". Clean, friendly. Very comfortable beds.
The fridge and microwave were not working.
- Floors were so dirty, they were never swept of cleaned. I wish I brought my own house slippers. It was disgusting! - Upon arrival, the coffee maker still had coffee in it. Housekeeping must have missed that detail...I requested another twice b/c they forgot to bring it the first time. The second time, the coffee maker arrived by way of an irate woman who made it seem like an inconvenience that she had to bring it to my room. On top of this, the one she brought was still DIRTY. I gave up and decided to buy my coffee off-property and that was an inconvenience to me. - Pillows were dirty and sheets felt unclean. To confirm my suspicion there were a pile of pillows at the hall by the elevators, they were all unbagged and just left there for everyone to see. Pretty gross to think that the pillows we put our heads on are just thrown on the floor only to be re-covered by linens when they had been touching dirty floors all day.
Affordable
Bed was comfortable.
Nothing special.
Liked the hard floors in the room.
Over all it was pretty terrible. There was no heads up about the construction and the fact that there was no room service. The lounge that actually provides food was way to expensive for the quality. We also asked guest services to bring up new shampoo, conditioner, body wash 3 times and no one came. Said breakfast was a part of the deal and got there and had to pay for breakfast. We thought by paying a little extra for the room we would have a better time and we sure did not. Will not be returning there.
Meh
Didn't like much of anything. Decent bacon. Giant TV.
Construction. Very very Slow wifi. Missing furniture from my renovated room. Rude staff at the desk (especially the ladies in the evenings). Disgusting coffee. Also very expensive for what it is. Very removed from downtown.
Stay elsewhere at least until Remodel is done
they did finally move us to a room with working a/c beds were great
No Working ice machine, the ones that did work on a different floor and where out of ice. The a/c did not work. ceiling tiles falling down in hallway pool closed
