Nice Room. Poor breakfast. Do salty I could not eat. Awful coffee
Pros:I apologize I don’t remember her name older lady at the front desk checked me in, but the computers were down she was very professional and patient. And every morning when I’d leave and come back she asked me how my day was and talk to me about her day !!! She made my day.... every day very cool. Thank you...!!!!!!!! If your hot tub was year round I’d give you a 15/10 but ... no big deal..... on a scale of 1 to 10 ... I give this hotel a 14.. And I stay In Hotels 3 months out of the year.
Pros:The service was very very professional. Everyone working the desk was kind. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I've traveled for business frequently in SLC and I've tried many items. This hotel is by far the best for the price and even better than other places that are more expensive.
Cons:Everything was ok.
Pros:Convenient. Comfortable sleep. Quiet, especially for an airport hotel.
Pros:Staff were very helpful finding us a nearby restaurant after our evening arrival, and in making sure we got seats in the very busy airport shuttle schedule.

Cons:Odd smell. I wonder if it used to allow smoking and they haven't quite got that smell out. Crappy tv feed.

Cons:Checking the person was not outgoing. The room TV was not good quality was fuzzy. The bed was hard as a rock. The view from the room was overlooking a gas station. I asked for a quiet room. Snowplow at 3:30am,..with a loud noise while putting down salt and removing the snow. At 4:30am a delivery truck arrived again more loud noise. I asked for a quiet room. I was awake and could not go back to sleep. Continental Breakfast? Really? This was not good at all. I looked at it, gathered my stuff from my room and checked out. I told the front desk personnel about my stay,...no compensation, but she did say sorry :{
Pros:I liked all aspects of our stay and will stay here again.
Cons:The parking lot is a little crowded when at full occupancy. We had difficulty parking and pulling out in the morning.
Pros:Friendly staff, clean, quiet. Super good value for the cost.
Cons:Seemed a bit far from everything, not super quiet.
Pros:Wifi was speedy. Parking was easy. They served breakfast.
Cons:There were a couple of ants crawling around the wall. Air conditioner didn't work. Walls were very thin - I could hear the people above walking around, and the people outside my door going in and out of their room.
