Denied checking in due to age of 18 and 19. Refused refund at check in even tho booking page didn’t state age requirement. Had to book another hotel and dispute charges with card to get refund issued. Shame, because I used to travel here when in town but never again.

Cons (-) The construction limited the entrance to a single, slow, temporary, small elevator to the check-in counter on the second story. Hotel services were limited to a makeshift bar and restaurant.

Pros (+) We really appreciated the location of the hotel, it was really convenient in that sense, it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was also really friendly.
Cons (-) Almost everything was perfect, but it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to store our own food and drinks. Also one of our beds was squeaky and that made it uncomfortable to sleep on so better beds would have been nice.

Pros (+) I liked the friendliness of the staff, the attentiveness of the staff always willing to help. Hilda the housekeeper kept the room cleanliness very well and orderly. I am happy with my experience. It was a great location right on the river walk.
