They oversold the hotel. We arrived at approximately 10p and they told us that they did not have a room for us even though we had a confirmation.
All of it
Pros. We loved the amazing views of the bay and the Coronado Bridge! Everything was clean. We got to borrow a pack n' play for our youngest son with no issues. Being central to downtown was great because we were able to walk to many restaurants using the pedestrian bridge. Our kids also loved the pool and the little splash area with a slide. So fun! Would definitely return in the future.
Cons. Parking is expensive, hotel check-in took a really long time. It was memorial day though so it's expected. Not a fan of the urban resort fee. I thought that was a little excessive.
Pros. Nothing they ruined my wedding night :(
Cons. If the details were true when I made the booking
Pros. Cleanliness
Cons. Lower price
Pros. Excellent location.
Cons. Everything else could have been better. The staff was mediocre. They were not very friendly or accommodating. The parking is an extra $35 a day. We were never able to access internet and the times that we were in the hotel cell service was not very good. We travel several times a year. We have stayed at many different hotels that had friendlier staff and better accommodations. We were very disappointed with what we got for what we payed.
