Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to attractions, public transport, and scenic views. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a strong point, with several reviews mentioning clean rooms and facilities. However, some guests found the rooms to be small by US standards, and breakfast offerings were often described as basic or lacking variety. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Climate control
Pros (+) Great location, very clean and modern, free bike rental and free wine hour
Cons (-) A little pricey for not having a view of anything but the inside of the hotel
Cons (-) Wi-fi was poor.
Pros (+) I liked the location to downtown SF
Cons (-) I didn't like the following The light in my bathroom was a timer that I couldn't control and would go off every 2hrs all night keeping me awake. The staff at checkout didn't even ask me how was my stay, did have good time, zero care for my experience. Poorly clean areas do to remodel, the whole place seems like a war zone at the moment.
Pros (+) Location is great. Clean and interesting details.
Cons (-) Small rooms. Interior windows are noisy from outdoor HVAC units, no breakfast, no hot water tea makers in rooms.
