Pros (+) - Great staff, very friendly & helpful!! - Perfect setting for a weekend getaway in SF. - Our Room: We had the Jr Suite. It was a good size, very trendy. It was great for our bachelorette party. The room came with a JamBox, which was very much appreciated since I forgot to pack mine! - Location was good for our use. The hotel is 1 block from the BART so it's easy to get around from there.
Cons (-) - Couch bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but when has there ever been a comfortable couch bed... I was fine trading that for the larger room. I was told that the king bed was great!
